Bone Valley’s priority is that every customer is 100% satisfied. You have 5 days to inspect your order. If not satisfied, email us HERE for a return authorization. We will give a full refund upon receipt of product. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Each item returned must be unused, unaltered, and resalable. Used merchandise will not be accepted. We sincerely appreciate your business.
DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING
Every effort is made to assure your package arrives in perfect condition. DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITH VISIBLE DAMAGE unless opened and inspected in the presence of the shipping agent.

We cannot and will not be responsible for any damage, loss or confiscation by any private or government agency for any reason whatsoever. It is your sole responsibility to obtain this information from your local, state, federal and other agencies before ordering. We will process all orders placed with true and accurate product information as required by the transporter and US law. NO EXCEPTIONS.
